The story of our apartment house
In 2011, after receiving an increasing number of requests for furnished apartments with short-term leases, we had the opportunity to acquire the building on Wilhadikirchhof in Stade. Although our core business involves finding desirable properties for our clients, we wanted also to be able to offer visitors to the city a stylish alternative to hotels. We therefore decided to purchase the building, the exterior of which is under a historical preservation order, and had the interior completely renovated and equipped with modern facilities. Throughout this process our focus remained on the potential needs of tenants staying for limited periods.
